AgentContainer ("we", "us", or "our") operates the platform at agentcontainer.co. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

By using AgentContainer, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information. When you sign up or sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive basic account details from your identity provider, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, to create and maintain your account.

We request only the basic identity information needed to authenticate you and operate your AgentContainer account.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including task and agent execution logs, container usage metrics, and API request metadata.

API Keys. If you provide API keys (e.g., for AI model providers), we store them in encrypted form to execute tasks on your behalf.

Billing Information. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the AgentContainer platform
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process billing and payments
• Send transactional communications (e.g., account alerts)
• Monitor platform performance and prevent abuse
• Respond to support requests

If you sign in with Google, we use your Google account information only to authenticate you, create and maintain your account, secure access to the service, and provide customer support related to your account.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except to service providers that help us operate AgentContainer, to comply with applicable law, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your Google user data, task data, or agent data for advertising purposes or to train AI models.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Convex — Backend database and server functions
• Vercel — Application hosting and edge delivery
• Stripe — Payment processing and billing

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session via Clerk. These are strictly necessary for the platform to function and cannot be disabled.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Task and agent execution logs are retained for 90 days after execution, unless you delete them earlier.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before being permanently deleted.

If you signed in with Google, the Google account information we received for your account is deleted on the same schedule as the rest of your account data after account deletion, subject to limited backup retention described above.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys are stored using encryption and are never exposed in logs or API responses.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — Object to certain processing of your data

You may also revoke AgentContainer's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account permissions settings.

AgentContainer is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date above.
